100 Days of Happiness – Day 18

We all have our own ways of dealing with grief. Mine is to really focus on myself. And the first thing that came to my mind was to focus on myself. So today, I went to the gym. And I think I’m gonna make it a routine to go to the gym to to treadmill and other core exercises on Mondays. Then boxing gym on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. I can do this!!
